Cancellation Policy

Guidelines for our Groups 1) Please register all adults and children on our sign in sheet at the welcome desk for each group. 2) We politely ask that you leave the hall promptly after sessions to allow our staff to do the necessary packing away and cleaning. 3) Photography. Parents and carers are discouraged from taking photos and videos during sessions. It is our policy that parents/carers should take photos or videos of their child(ren) only. Photos or videos taken at our groups that include other children must not be posted on any social media without the express permission of the parents/carers of those children. GroW staff will not take photos of anyone at our groups without prior written permission. 5) Supervising children. It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to supervise their children at all times. GroW staff or volunteers cannot supervise children at any group. 6) You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks to toddler groups. We request that all food and drinks be consumed at a chair at the side of the room. You are welcome to bring your own warm drinks, however please keep lids on mugs/cups where possible. Please inform a member of staff of any spillages immediately. 7) GroW will provide mats for babies, however, we advise you bring along your own blanket for your baby to lie on. 8) If you are no longer able to make it to the group you are booked on to, please cancel the space as soon as possible to make it available to someone else. You can reply to this email to cancel your booking. Thank you for helping to keep our groups safe and welcoming.
